The first half of the committee session then took place followed by a one-hour lunch break, and then the second half of the committee session lasted up to the evening. The closing ceremony concluded the event and awards were given to double delegations who performed well.

After the officer mock, the club will hold its end-of-the-year banquet to sign a farewell to the seniors, announce officer positions, and unite club members for a big feast.
