The BRHS PTO has released an “Official Team Packet” that details the guidelines of the game and how to register.

These rules include that 24 teams will compete, with eight players per team. Registrations are on a first-come-first-served basis.

Students will have until Feb. 17, 2023 to complete and submit their registration packet. This packet must include one team registration form, all eight permission slips, and a total payment of $40.

The tournament consists of three-minute games, in which the teams will play these short games until one winner is declared. To win each game, the team must eliminate all opposing players by getting them out by either hitting them with a live ball below the shoulders or catching a live ball thrown on their side before it touches the ground.

Teams will be assigned theme colors by the Tournament Directors. These directors include Mr. Pyle, the BRHS Physical Education department, and Adriana D’Arco, BRHS PTO.

Other events that will take place at the tournament include Team Costume and Team Name Contests.

For spectators, it will cost $5 at the door.

More information about the tournament can be found by reaching BRHS PTO Tournament Director Adriana D’Arco.
